Once you receive your item & it is to big or to small you have 3 BUSINESS DAYS from the date received to return the item for an exchange. 
"EXCHANGES ARE ONLY DONE FOR BIGGER OR SMALLER SIZE OF THE SAME ITEM  
ON SELECTED ITEMS ONLY PLEASE READ UNDER EACH ITEMS DESCRIPTION.
 WE DO NOT EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT ITEM" 
IF THE ITEM YOU WISH TO EXCHANGE IS A BUNDLE THE BUNDLE NEEDS TO BE SENT BACK FOR THE EXCHANGE TO BE GRANTED.
ONCE THE EXCHANGE IS RECEIVED THERE IS AN ESTIMATED TIME FRAME 3 TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS & BE SHIPPED.
 PLEASE INCLUDE IN YOUR PACKING A RETURN RECEIPT POSTAGE SLIP & THE SIZE YOU WISH TO EXCHANGE FOR, All exchanges must have ORIGINAL PACKING and must not have been worn, if the items are returned in poor condition or damaged , we reserve the right to refuse your exchange.
