Refund Policy

RETURN POLICY: Due to issues with the Department of Health these products can not re issued to another customer. IF the PACKAGE HAS NOT BEEN OPEN WE WILL GIVE YOU A 1 Time Reorder. If The Waist Trainer Does Not Fit we will also exchange it for one time only. You will have to purchase a RETURN ORDER. This has to be done in 48 hours. We will exchange the product for you.

All of our products are considered undergarments so therefore for hygiene reasons we can not accept returns or exchanges. Please refer to the sizing chart (which is located on each product page) when placing your order to ensure you receive the correct size. If you fall on the border of 2 sizes or carry most of your weight in yout midesection, order a size up to ensure fit.
